If you are not satisfied with the item (s) after receiving the order, you can make an exchange or return.

  1. Deadline for exchange and / or return of articles: 30 days after delivery date.
  2. COVID-19: The period for exchanges and returns will be extended to up to 30 days after the date of reopening of physical stores (to be defined).
  3. There will be no exchanges or returns of articles that show signs of use or that have damaged packaging.
  4. Items that do not include all accessories, documentation, labels or original packaging will be rejected.
  5. Exchanges or returns of personal items (example: underwear) will not be accepted.
  6. In cases of return, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded.
  7. The shipping costs inherent to the return are at the customer's expense. Returns with postage paid to the recipient will not be accepted.
  8. Shipping of the item(s) of exchange applies the cost of a new shipment which you can see here.

Note: items purchased with promotional codes can be exchanged for items of equal or less value with the same discount obtained on the initial purchase. In case of exchange for items of higher value, the difference between the amount paid on the initial purchase and the entire value of the item for exchange will be calculated.

How to make an Exchange or Return?
  1. Fill in the exchanges / returns form that was sent within the order. If you can't find it, you can download it here.
  2. Prepare a package by placing the exchange / returns form inside it as well as the respective item (s).
  3. Check that the packaging is well closed and packed.
  4. Send the package with tracking service (registered mail) so that it is possible to locate the package path. Shipping must be made to the address:

  6. Keep proof of shipment. We are not responsible for items that are lost when transporting the customer to our warehouse.
Exchanges and Returns in Physical Store

The exchange or return can be made in our physical store within 30 days after receiving the order.

To do this, you must be accompanied by the item (s) and the respective order invoice.

In cases of return, the corresponding amount will not be returned to the physical store, but later, via bank transfer or PayPal or Credit Card refund, depending on the payment method initially used.

Deadline for Refund

The refund in case of return or exchange for a lower value item will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days after receiving the item (s) in our warehouses.

Product Complaint

In order to claim a used product that you believe has some kind of defect, please contact us via email or phone +351 239 193 993. The claim will be forwarded to the respective brand with a maximum time 30-day customer response.

If you have received a wrong or defective item due to a lapse on our part, please contact us via email or phone +351 239 193 993. In this situation we assume all charges associated with the exchange or return.
